About & Contact
I'm a freelance comic artist from Maryland, currently working as a colorist on "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures" with IDW Publishing. I taught as an adjunct professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design for 3 years. When I'm not drawing comics, I love to cosplay, lift weights, and cook.
Upcoming publications include Monstrous: A Transracial Adoption Story, a YA graphic memoir from First Second Books (2023). My recent projects include the MAKER COMICS: Create a Costume! graphic novel, from First Second Books and a piece for the Votes for Women comic anthology from Little Red Bird Press, which was nominated for a Ringo Award (Best Anthology).
Recently, I delved into editorial work for Headway Workforce Solutions, serving as an authenticity reader for the graphic novel Lucy in the Sky (First Second Books), and for the upcoming novel, The Midnight Children, Henry Holt and Co. (BYR). I've previously produced illustrations for Viz and Sanrio on Viz Media's Hello Kitty & Friends coloring book!
I'm available for freelance comic and illustration work - see below for contact info!
